OUR job: to eat, get treats and peruse the DFW metropolis (Sometimes other places) and report back to you who ROCKED the customer service or who flopped miserably!
We crews, eat, shop and spy for YOU! Bi-weekly we will report back to you who our “FAVS” are and who are our “FEWEYS”. We will tell the location and describe our server(s). You don’t know who we are. And you could never guess? We fade in and out, way under the radar.
Look, we all have bad days. But like I know in my job, we have to check the “tudes” at the door and come in with our “Lights, Camera, Action”! We having being in the customer service sector for almost 10 years, KNOW FIRST HAND how bad days have to take a back seat and we have to meet and great professionally/ consistantly!
My “FAVS” will be recognized! You don’t have to do much, just your job! Your customers are your cash (plain and simple!) Don’t assume anything or think you know who we are? Treat EVERYONE like the #1 customer of the month!

· How quickly I am acknowledge (by my actual server)
· Correctness of order
· Attention to refills, napkins, condiments etc…
· Over all politeness
· Check backs (don’t just give me food and come back when its time to throw the bill at me)
· AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT ME TO NOTE SOMETHING ELSE!
